DECEMBERISM
After our rush of live shows over the last couple of months, we were planning to take December out to do domestic shit like pay bills, eat food and sleep in now and then - but we got these three offers for gigs in December that couldn't be passed up! You can't blame us, look what they are:::
On Tuesday December 8th we return FINALLY to Edinburgh, playing with none other that DEERHOOF!!!!
It's at The Bongo Club, Holyrood Rd - go HERE for ticket info etc!
Then on Friday December 11th we're heading back to London! This time playing withCOMANECHI!!! It's the launch nite of their long awaited (by us) album 'Crime Of Love' - it's gonna be MENTAL!!! It's gonna occur at El Paso, 350-354 Old Street, East London and tickets are a fiver in advance HERE - expect CARNAGE!!
Finally, on the final night of December, the final night of 2009 and the final night of the 'naughties' or whatever, we'll be playing at OPTIMO'S HOGMANAY PARTY at The Fruitmarket in Glasgow - woooooop!!!! Optimo have been awesome to us this year, releasing our debut EP in June, being hugely supportive in general and great friends, so this is a gonna be a BIG NIGHT for us & we're gonna make sure '09 ends in TOTAL FUCKIN CHAOS!!!! She's got a radio show on Glasgow Uni's Subcity radio station, it's called "Charmicarmicat" and it promotes itself as "an anti generic, sonic assault of ear bleeding, sharp edged, wrong angled Noise Rock, Spazz-core, Gore-core, Sludge Metal and Doom" - FUCKING YES!!!
